Appreciated the place, had a really nice stay for a business trip. All the staff were amicable, efficient. The room was nice styled and reasonably large, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The food was fab and the bar was nice. The location of the hotel was particularly good and unbeatable - at a short distance from Kotmadam Monument. Furthermore, the area was charming.

It has well-designed and large rooms with air-con, a large closet and the large desk. The staff are super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, no reason to complain.

It was a comfortable and fabulous hotel, nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend.

Clean and gorgeous property with sensational continental breakfasts and pleasant staff. Practical and fashionable room, clean bathroom. Excellent, particularly good location in the really quiet area. Reasonably priced restaurant not too far from the hotel.

begijnhof hotel in leuven exceeded our expectations on our honeymoon trip. the location is amazing, surrounded by old buildings and canals. the staff is friendly and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable.

Liked the attentive staff at the front desk. Room was very comfortable, clean and well supplied. Liked having access to a computer while on a trip. The brunch on sunday morning was amazing. Setting was beautiful: the gardens around the hotel were lovely, but being next to the Beguinage was the best part.

We ate in the bar in the evening. Waiter not very attentive limited menu, menu not well explained.

Excellent location, close to business, close to airport, close to dining... Better facilities than most European hotels, but more expensive that USA equivalents.

Breakfast could start 30 minutes earlier, to accommodate business needs.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful garden that provided a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the town center, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were attentive and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

the lack of dining options was frustrating, especially when we arrived late at night and were unable to get any food or even room service. It would have been helpful if the staff could have provided information on nearby restaurants that were still open.

My new year experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and bright, with two windows providing plenty of natural light. The location was convenient, being only 15 minutes away from the city center and within walking distance of the main market squares. Another advantage I enjoyed was the breakfast selection, which was one of the best I have come across anywhere.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the Wi-Fi in the room was not working, which was a disappointment.
